Project: FE Warren AFB Landfill 6 Cover

During the Spring and early Summer of 1999 Kaul Corporation teamed with IT/OHM Corporation on the closure of Landfill 6 at FE Warren AFB in Cheyenne, Wyoming.  Kaul Corporation provided supervision and specialty GCL installation equipment and combined it with IT/OHM’s labor force.

As referenced by the following letter, April and May of 1999 were especially wet in Southern Wyoming.  This created a need to maximize GCL installation during dry days.  To achieve this, Kaul Corporation utilized a specially designed GCL laying system and finished the 2 million sf project by the first week of July.
